TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE INQUIRY
By ordering a commission you show that you have read and agree with my TOS.GENERAL TERMS 🔞
- No minors! For legal reasons you must be 18+ to purchase a commission from me.
- Visual references are really appreciated but not mandatory. (Some might be asked if needed)
- I reserve myself the right to decline any commission that I don't want to do.PAYMENT AND PROCESS 💵
- Payment via Paypal invoice only. 5% Paypal fee will be added to the overall price.
- If your request is accepted, I will contact you via your preferred method of communication. There, we will discuss to have more details. Finally I will send you a price estimate.
- 25% of the price is paid when I start working on the comm. Once you approved one of the sketches, you'll pay the remaining 75%, and I'll produce the final illustration while giving regular updates.
- The creation of the artwork can take up to 2 weeks. (3-5 days under normal circumstances)
- For your commission you will receive full-res PNG (between 2000px and 5000px) and a 50% resized JPG.
- Those files will be delivered through Discord, e-mail or WeTransfer.
- No refunds. But rest assured that I'll do my very best to suit your needs !! 💪😤COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY 🎨
- The customer hold all rights to their original characters and ideas.
- Produced artworks are for personal use only. It may not be sold or used for any financial benefit.
- Produced artworks can not be used for NFTs or to train Artificial Intelligence.
- I don't do private commissions. As the creator of the produced artwork I retain all rights to the artworks I create. Thus having the right to post it on any social platform (you will be mentioned or anonymized).
- You can post the produced artwork on any platform as long as credits are given to me as the artist.
